MIKATA03（以下「当方」）は、お客様の個人情報を以下の方針に基づき取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報
- お問い合わせフォームから送信されるお名前、メールアドレス、会社名、ご相談内容
- 無料相談のご予約時にCalendlyを通じて提供される情報
- ご依頼に際してお預かりする商談の録画、議事録、関連文書
2. 利用目的
- お問い合わせへの回答およびサービスの提供
- お見積り、請求、契約管理などの事務
- サービス品質の向上（お客様を特定できない形に限る）
3. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。翻訳などで外部の専門家と連携する場合は、必要な範囲に限定し、守秘義務を課したうえで共有します。
4. 外部サービス
当サイトは、予約管理にCalendly、ホスティングにCloudflareを利用しています。お問い合わせフォームの送信にはFormspree（Formspree, Inc.、米国）を利用しています。フォームに入力された内容は同社のサーバーを経由して当方に届きます。各外部サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 商談情報の守秘
お預かりする録画・議事録・文書は、ご依頼の遂行のみに使用し、厳格に管理します。事例として公開する場合は、企業名・個人名・取引を特定できる情報をすべて除いたうえで、事前にご承諾をいただきます。
6. 開示・訂正・削除
ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除をご希望の場合は、hello@mikata03.com までご連絡ください。遅滞なく対応します。

- Improving service quality, only in forms that cannot identify any client
3. Third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Where external specialists are engaged (for example, translation), sharing is limited to what is necessary and bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. External services
This site uses Calendly for scheduling and Cloudflare for hosting. The contact form is delivered via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Information you enter in the form reaches us through their servers. Handling of data by the services above is governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Confidentiality of deal materials
Recordings, minutes, and documents entrusted to us are used solely to perform the engagement and are strictly controlled. Any published case reference removes all identifying details and requires prior client approval.
6. Access, correction, deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact hello@mikata03.com. We will respond without delay.
